Why do my BeginnerTriathlete activities have the wrong time?

Please make sure that your time zone is set correctly in your profile. As BeginnerTriathlete does not provide us with your activities’s time zone, we use the time in your profile.

Why isn’t my exercise being uploaded to BeginnerTriathlete?

BeginnerTriathlete requires that your activities are running, swimming, or cycling, or have rich analytics such as GPS data, heart rate data, etc., to be uploaded. The easiest way to tell if your activities have this information is to use FitnessSyncer Stream on our website, and most activities with a download link for a GPX or TCX file can be used. If your exercise has this information, please contact us, and we’ll take a look.

My BeginnerTriathlete sources only show 2 years of data; can I get more?

You can do a Historic Sync and get all of our data with a Pro Account by editing your BeginnerTriathlete source and selecting from the toolbar.
