I am getting an invalid time zone when synchronizing to MapMyFitness; how do I resolve it?

This generally means that the selected time zone in your Profile does not match one of MapMyFitness’s supported list and we do not have the translation supported yet. You can try to pick a time zone from these or contact us and let us know.

What is the difference between MapMyFitness and UnderAmour?

At the moment, nothing. UnderAmour used to provide additional access to information by has removed this.

How can I access my UA-Record, UnderAmour 24/7, Body Composition, or Sleep data?

24/7 data is no longer available via the UnderAmour system starting in July 2020.

My UnderAmour only shows 90 days of data; can I get more?

You can do a Historic Sync and get all of our data with a Pro Account by editing your UnderAmour source and selecting from the toolbar.

Nothing seems to happen when I click Sync on my UnderAmour sources; why?

We get notified whenever you add a new activity in MapMyFitness or UnderAmour, and because of this, the sync button usually does not find anything. If you are missing something and you are a Pro user, you can use our Historic Sync feature or contact us.

I am receiving a message indicating that my UnderAmour Daily Quota Exceeded; what is going on?

UnderAmour now imposes a limit that we can only upload 80 items per day. Whenever you exceed this limit, you will see this error message. We recommend that you use filters on your data to limit the number of items to upload or have a lot of patience. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why are my maps not coming in?

MapMyFitness has a couple ways of attributing maps to an exercise; if you use a recorded route and do not use GPS tracking, the analytics associated with the route are not recorded, we will not have the analytics for that map that we need and will not process it.
